These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of IPCallBD's services, including but not limited to Cloud PBX, Bulk Voice Call, Voice SMS, Caller Tune, and IP Number services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Provider
IPCallBD is a sub-brand of Flemsoft, registered and operating in Bangladesh. Our office is located at House No. 409/1 (1st Floor), South Monipur, Kazipara, Mirpur-12, Dhaka-1216.
2. Service Description
IPCallBD provides the following services:
- Cloud PBX: Virtual phone system with IVR, call routing, extensions, and management panel
- Bulk Voice Call: Mass voice calling service with API integration
- Voice SMS: Promotional voice message delivery
- Caller Tune: Custom voice greeting recording service
- IP Number: Corporate IP phone numbers via BTRC-licensed IPTSP operators
3. IP Phone Services & Operators
IP Phone services are provided via BTRC-licensed IPTSP operators, including Ranks ITT, Icon Infotech, Royal Green Online, and Sarkar Communication. Customers may choose their preferred operator and number availability.
IPCallBD acts as a service facilitator, providing PBX setup, SIP configuration, and technical support to ensure seamless use of the IP Phone service.
4. Pricing & Billing
- Call Rate: 40 Paisa + 15% VAT per minute, billed per second
- Recharge: No expiry on recharge balance
- Free Services: IP to IP calls, Extension to Extension calls, and incoming calls are free
- Monthly Fees: Cloud PBX packages are billed monthly (Basic: ৳500, Pro: ৳750, Enterprise: ৳1,000)
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees apply as per the selected package
- Call Recording: Optional add-on (৳99, ৳199, or ৳299 per month depending on package)
5. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted through SSLCommerz payment gateway, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods. Self-recharge is available through the management panel.
6. Money Back Policy (মূল্যফেরত সংক্রান্ত)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service activation. Refunds are processed after deducting any usage charges and applicable fees. Setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been configured. Recharge balance refunds are subject to review and may take 7-14 business days to process.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, IPCallBD does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduled downtime.
8. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Use services in compliance with Bangladesh telecommunications laws
- Not use services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not resell or redistribute services without authorization
9. Prohibited Use
The following uses of our services are strictly prohibited:
- Unsolicited spam calls or messages
- Fraudulent or deceptive communications
- Harassment or threatening communications
- Any activity that violates BTRC regulations
- Attempts to disrupt or compromise our systems
10. Service Termination
IPCallBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Users may cancel their subscription by contacting customer support.
11. Limitation of Liability
IPCallBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 3 months.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the IPCallBD website and services belong to IPCallBD / Flemsoft. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
